Indonesia Issues US$3 Billion Global Sukuk

On 6 November, Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance announced a US$3 billion global sukuk issuance, divided into three-year, five-year and ten-year tranches. The respective coupon rates were 5.45%, 5.85% and 6.25%, with the order book approximately 2.9 times oversubscribed overall.
